Convenient hotel, pleasant staff, new-fashioned room, clean bathroom.

I liked the location of the hotel to the airport it was very convenient. The rooms were exceptional and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Alajuela. It was overall clean and the staff were attentive, beds were great. Hotel's location was favourable and ideal, right across the road from the runway. Cafe Britt Cafe Bakery located 2 mi away was a nice surprise.

Perfect location, especially since we needed to bring back our rental car. Very comfortable rooms, good beds. Breakfast improved since last time we visited.

The place was overall clean, I booked the standard king room with garden views, everything was fantastic. Perfect and handy location, the staff were fabulously helpful.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the proximity to the rental car agencies (across the parking lot from Thrifty and Budget), the free internet and printing services, the comfortable king bed, the clean room and bathroom (found a bug but not uncommon for Costa Rica), and the delicious breakfast (ham, eggs, cereal, toast, fresh fruit). Shuttle to the airport ran every 15min, 24 hours, and free international calls included.

The rooms were clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the varied breakfast options, including gluten-free items, and the friendly, bilingual staff who assisted with my requests promptly.

The room cost was higher than I expected.

Excellently located by the highway 5 mins from the airport, but tucked away enough to feel quiet and quaint. Located in a small mall with Denny's, Rental Car companies galore, a funky Casino and a local Chicken place it is very convenient too. Check in and walk across the road for dinner! After spending 2 months travelling in Costa Rica, my wife's reaction to the hotel and surroundings was: Finally! Back to civilization! Overpriced in Costa Rica terms, but a good choice for the American who had enough Pura Vida and just wanna get back to it all....

Location next to airport, free shuttle service which was available whenever we needed it. Denny's restaurant next door. Clean, tidy and pretty quiet, recommended if you have a very late arrival or early departure from San Jose airport

The take-out breakfast was a little small, but other than that, no complaints!

The price is a bit over the top!!! You can find local options offering similar comfort for half!!! Noise levels may disrupt a peaceful stay with constant foot traffic!!!

It was very important to us to be able to stay close to the airport because we had an early morning flight on our return. It was great that we were offered free shuttle to the airport that morning. We were able to turn in our rental car a day earlier.

The bed was a bit too hard....if this is my only complaint, you did a great job
